The drive thru shred it event will go on the PGSS parking lot next week

Northern BC Crime Stoppers is once again hosting its common shred-it event.

The Drive Thru Community Spring Shred It event goes on Saturday April 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Prince George Secondary School (PGSS) parking lot at 2901 Griffiths Ave.

In partnership with Shred-it Mobile Shredding Services, Mr. Mike’s, PGSS and School District 57, Northern BC Crime Stoppers will be giving an opportunity for participants to sensibly, safely and quickly shred particular or important documents.

This service is provided for the cost of a donation (minimum $10 per bag or box) and is not meant for commercial owners.

For another $5 gift attendees can enjoy a tasty Mr. Mike’s burger. The Mr. Mike’s community BBQ will be obtainable 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Northern BC Crime Stoppers is a program that authorizes the community to fight back against crime.

Anybody can submit an anonymous tip by using our tips line, (1-800-222- TIPS- 8477) and if that tip leads to a capture, that individual will get a reward for their efforts.

Crime Stoppers works in 15 nations around the world and the first program started in 1976.
