The forbidden weapons list contained hundreds of knives and brass knuckles in addition to 13 conducted energy weapons, or Tasers, 360 stun guns, and 171 stun batons.

Charges are pending, according to the agency, which is assessing all the evidence.

The Pacific Area of the CBSA reports that it seized a total of 4,049 illegal weapons between January 1 and December 31, 2022.
